Responsibilities: Provides high quality supervision to all Supported Residential Services consumers under minimal supervision. As a member of a training and care team, fosters continuity of care across all shifts and promotes smooth and efficient program and facility operation; assists consumers with medication administration.

Requirements: High School graduate or GED required with one year experience working in a residential or Adult Care facility or with the mentally ill population preferred. Valid drivers license and safe driving record required. Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and CANIS report will be required upon request.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $19,061 - $30,018. Excellent fringe benefits.
