Position Number: 4245

Responsibilities: Provides high quality supervision to all Supported Residential Services consumers under minimal supervision; fosters continuity of care across all shifts; promotes smooth and efficient program and facility operation; ensures that the Piney Ridge office is staffed at all times.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required, with one year experience working with the mentally ill preferred. Will work a rotation schedule including weekends and holidays. Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and CANIS report will be required upon request.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $19,061 - $28,589. Excellent fringe benefits.
