Adult & Youth Clinician
– Full-time or Part-time
Position Number: 4019
Responsibilities: Applicant may apply for a part-time, 20-hour position that is
based at W. W. Moore, Jr., Juvenile Detention Home to serve detained youth, or a
full-time position that is 20 hours at W. W. Moore, Jr., Juvenile Detention Home
and 20 hours at the Hairston Street site. Provides individual, family, and group
counseling to children, adolescents, adults, and their families; provides
clinical assessments, intakes, and develops treatment plans; effectively
interfaces with courts and social services; provides community education,
consultation, and emergency services.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology,
Counseling, or Social Work required; Virginia license as Clinical
Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Clinical Psychologist
required. Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug
test, and CANIS report will be required upon request.
ANNUAL SALARY
RANGE:
$34,137 - $51,206 with 10% increase for licensure. Salary and benefits
prorated for part-time employment. Excellent fringe benefits.
