Director of Behavioral Health Services Division

 

Position Number: 4002

 

Responsibilities: Under the administrative supervision of the Executive Director, this position is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating all programs and services within the Agency’s Behavioral Health Services Division including, but not limited to, management of Behavioral Health Services’ budget; supervision and administration of all essential support, clinical, and program staff; ensure compliance with applicable licensing, certification, and evaluation standards; develop and maintain effective relationships with appropriate federal, State, and local agencies and organizations; mid-level staff recruitment, training, and direct supervision; monitor work schedules to ensure appropriate coverage; collaborate effectively with other Division Directors to ensure services to mutual clients; responsible for operations at Gretna office location; and monitor, assess, and update program polices and procedures.

 

Requirements: Master’s Degree in human service field required. Three years of experience in behavioral health field preferred. Five years of progressive administrative experience preferred. Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and/or Licensed Psychologist preferred. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a pleasant, positive, and professional manner. Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.

 

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $73,346 to $110,019 with additional 10% increase for licensure. Excellent fringe benefits.
