Early Intervention
Service Coordinator-Contract
Position Number: 3349
Responsibilities: Will coordinate the performance of developmental evaluations
and assessments and conduct interviews with consumers, their families, and
service providers to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans
for infants and toddlers from birth through two years of age with disabilities
and/or developmental delays. Will act as primary facilitator in coordination and
integration of services for assigned caseload; complete required documentation;
and comply with all regulations applicable to program services. Hours vary,
typically two-three weekdays.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education,
Special Education, Social Work, Psychology, Human services related
field, or a Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in
Virginia is required. Prefer one-year experience working with
children under the age of six or one year experience working with
individuals with Intellectual Disability or Developmental Delays.
Valid drivers license required. Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal
record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will
be required upon request.
ANNUAL SALARY
RANGE:
$15.21 to $19.01.
