Position Number: 3004 - two positions available

Responsibilities: Oversight of a 24-hour a day Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) and/or Waiver operated group homes for persons with mental retardation; assist with budget development; coordinates screening, admission and discharge; coordinates development and implementation of consumer programs; participates in staff recruitment, training and supervision. Provides on-call intervention on a rotation basis.

Requirements: Requires two years of supervisory experience with paid staff. Must be able to respond on site within 30 minutes of notification. Requires an excellent driving record. Must be a Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP), which is defined as an individual who possesses at least one year of documented experience working directly with individuals who have mental retardation or other developmental disabilities, and is either a doctor of medicine or osteopathy or a registered nurse, or holds at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field including, but not limited to, Sociology, Social Work, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling and Psychology. Days, evenings and some weekend work required. Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $36,793 - $55,192. Excellent fringe benefits.
