Responsibilities: As a member of a multidisciplinary team, conducts psychiatric assessments; assesses physical health needs; makes appropriate referrals to community physicians; provides management and administration of medications in conjunction with the psychiatrist; provides a range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services; shares shift-management responsibilities with other staff; provides direct case management services to consumers; conducts medication education, and performs necessary documentation. May serve as certified pre-screener for emergency hospitalization. Provides all aspects of medication services to consumers.

Requirements: Successful completion of educational requirements for a Registered Nurse with a valid RN license to practice in Virginia required; at least one year experience working with mentally ill consumers required; experience with crisis intervention required; valid drivers license and safe driving record required. Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and CANIS report will be required upon request.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $39,450 - $59,176. Excellent fringe benefits.
