Responsibilities: Provides individual and group counseling to adults; provides clinical assessments, intakes, and develops treatment plans; effectively interfaces with primary care providers and partner agencies; and provides education and consultation when needed.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Social Work required. Virginia license as a Clinical Social Worker required. Knowledge of psychotropic medications and their role in the treatment of mental illness preferred. Experience working with individuals with chronic medical conditions and concurrent mental health issues preferred. Fingerprinting and satisfactory results on State and FBI criminal record reports. Favorable central registry (CANIS) report and drug test results.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $37,551 - $56,327 includes 10% increase for licensure. Excellent fringe benefits.
