Position Number: 3059

Responsibilities: Is responsible for providing assessment, linkage, and advocacy services to consumers with intellectual disabilities; develops and implements individual service plans; completes required documentation; and complies with all regulations applicable to program services.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required in a human services field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or other related field); or Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Virginia.  Human services experience preferred.  Requires excellent communication skills and experience in working pleasantly and cooperatively with a wide variety of people including the general public, co-workers, and consumers.  Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $31,641 to $47,461. Excellent fringe benefits.
